Looks like the Carson Mall is setting up some kind of carnival in their parking lot. They’re also getting the old Gottschalks building ready as a haunted house for Halloween. Not sure how long the carnival is going to be around, but today only all the rides are $1. Hopefully they can get it set up by tonight or else none of the rides will be operating today.
That’s the same carnival that was out in Dayton last weekend for Dayton Valley Days – only it wasn’t actually operating last weekend because supposedly the fire department wouldn’t give them a permit. I guess the Carson City fire dept. is more lenient on the safety stuff. Put your life in our hands – only $1 per ride.
