D. Circe’s Hotel Then and Now

D. Circe’s Hotel was located on Carson Street on the northwest corner of Caroline, across the street from the U.S. Mint. It was also known as the Carson Exchange Hotel. Circe also owned the North End Livery and Feed Stable across Carson Street. This hotel was replaced by a bank, and today that bank building is part of the State Museum.

  1. Maybe the “hop and mae adams foundation” could buy it and construct an ugly building or maybe a high rise with a “ old west” theme. The foundation should also consider buying the federal building for the same purpose.
