With the housing and retail markets both in the tank, it’s hard to imagine who would be starting new construction these days. But ground has been broken on Eagle Station Lane, right behind the empty hulk of the old Mervyn’s store that closed last year.
This project was announced a few years ago as being a new condo building. But that sign came down some time ago, and I doubt this work is that old project coming back to life. So we’re going to have to watch this one and see what takes shape here.
