A train sits at the Virginia & Truckee Railroad Depot on Carson Street in Carson City. The tracks ran along Washington Street. Here the train is preparing to leave for Reno while several horses and buggies wait.
The railroad shut down in 1950 and the tracks were removed. But the depot has survived. It is now a Masonic Lodge with a coin shop in the front.

I like to know what was on 2100 California st. Before the assisted living was built in the 1970s.
