I’m hearing rumblings that there’s a Sears store coming to north Douglas County, in the North Valley Plaza shopping center where Target and Home Depot are. It would be moving into the new buildings that were just built at the corner of Jacks Valley and Hwy 395, where the new Carson River Community Bank is. There’s not much room in those buildings, so we’re not talking about a big store here. It’ll probably be even smaller than the Sears that’s in north Carson. I don’t have much more info than that; let me know if any of you hear more.
