The aliens are coming to get us, and they’re starting at Emerald Bay. At least that’s the news according to Lake Tahoe resident Allan Brown, who spotted a UFO flying over the lake Wednesday morning, and grabbed his video camera to film it. The UFO was apparently very cooperative, flashing its lights and dipping up and down over the lake’s surface, even getting out of the way of other aircraft flying by.
The Tahoe Daily Tribune sent its city editor out to meet Brown and actually did a video interview with him, with his footage showing on a TV in the room. The Nevada Appeal has the video hosted here. It’s not great quality, just a small compressed QuickTime file. The only view of the video he shot is in the background, on a small TV, and when the camera zooms into it it isn’t even in focus. They should have digitized his footage and put that up as a separate download. Maybe he wouldn’t give it to them. Maybe he wants to hold out for the Discovery Channel.
Brown is convinced that what he saw was a “manned craft, monitoring and investigating our planet.” Conveniently it happened at 3:00 am, so there weren’t any other witnesses.
