It’s time again to take a tour of the west side of Carson City and check out all the Halloween decorations. As usual, the neighborhood around the Governor’s Mansion has a high concentration of decorated houses and is the hot spot for trick or treating. A quick walk through the neighborhood on the day before Halloween shows many houses are prepared for the crowds that come by each year.
