Yet another business is falling victim to the economy. D’Vine Wine, at the corner of Stewart and Musser streets, has just announced that Nevada Day will be the last day of business for them. In an e-mail announcement from owner Kim Donner:
I am more than sad to say that D’Vine Wine has been hit hard by the current economy (like a lot of you), and we will be closing on Nevada Day…
We will be staying open until Nevada Day, with a regular lunch menu Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; and our all you can eat lunch buffet Thursday and Friday. Appetizers and/or dinner served Monday through Saturday.
We opened on Nevada Day 3 years ago, and I felt it poetic to officially close on that day, so if I don’t see you before then, please stop by on Nevada Day to say goodbye to all of us at D’Vine Wine.
I have a wonderful staff that has been so loyal and trustworthy that will be feeling the great loss too, so come in while you can; and please be patient with our daily menu and wine list specials as inventory changes. We will have live music the next 2 Friday nights, if you would please call to reserve a table so I make sure I am staffed appropriately, thank you!
