Just wanted to air some frustration. I love Harley Davidson and Carson City has a terrific store with lots of beautiful motorcycles. Unfortunately they have also hired a person in their finance department (Charles Neid) that is nothing but a strong arm crook. I had dealings with him at Reno Dodge, when trying to purchase a new vehicle. He does not do what he say’s and is extremely unproffesional and arrogant. In my opinion Carson City Harley should have passed on this guys resume.
And unfortunately I will have to purchase my new Harley from another dealer.
