The Nevada Appeal has an article on the "Carson City Disgrace" sign that I highlighted last November. The sign sits in the front yard of the house on W. King Street, and points across the street at another house that has sat empty and abandoned for several years. The Appeal has an interview with the guy that put up the signs, and some city officials on the matter, but nobody has been able to reach the owner of the abandoned house for comment.
