A new traffic sign was lifted into place yesterday, and it is big. It’s also right on the horizon line, as seen from Eagle Valley, so it’s pretty durn hard to miss. It’s on Hwy 395 south of town, just past Best Buy on the southbound lanes.
It hasn’t been switched on yet, and I can’t find any news stories about it, but it looks like one of those traffic signs that warns about weather, traffic conditions, and Amber Alerts.
