I have the pictures and News Carson City has the video. This week crews have been on site demolishing what’s left of the National Guard buildings on S. Carson Street, near Colorado. The demolition was started last year, and now they’re finishing up getting rid of the rest of it.
There was a time capsule buried in front of the main headquarters building, but when they opened it they found it has been soaking in water for 30 years and everything inside was mush. When are people going to learn to waterproof their time capsules?
Next week they should finish knocking down the few stragglers and hauling everything away.
