I’ve been roaming around town at night with my tripod and camera, using long exposures to bring out some of the details in the dark parts of town, as well as some of the buildings that are nicely lit up at night. I think some of the results came out pretty cool, especially the way the trees are lit.
I’m finding out there are some ooooooorange streetlights in some parts of town, leading to a lot of Photoshopping to bring out the natural colors in some of these scenes.

Nice photos, but I’d prefer being able to see the stars. There’s so much light pollution around my place I can read a newspaper outside in the dark, but can see only the brightest of stars in the sky.
