C Hill is a slab of granite (sandstone?) on the west side of Carson and is a good hike for those moderately in shape.
I went to the top on this beautiful Spring day and ran into a herd of deer on the summit, foraging for food. Not to mention two human families, a jogger going down the hill, and a weightlifter climbing it with his dog.
Give it a shot sometime. The view alone of Eagle Valley is worth the price of admission.
