If any of you here are interested in Carson City real estate, you may be wondering how negotiable prices are. I just posted a complete list of Carson City homes sold in December, 2007 on my blog site.
The list shows list price (at time of accepted offer) and the sold price. The average “sold price” to “list price” is 94.7% for this month. Of course, every situation is different.
