Chorizo is the specialty of the house at the Villa Basque Deli and Cafe. Pete's Famous Basque chorizo, to be exact, freshly-made in the back every day. They put chorizo in everything: the sandwiches, the hamburgers, the salads, the tacos, and the omelettes. Of course you can get all of these menu items without chorizo, with "regular" meats like beef and chicken. But why would you want to?

The Villa Basque is located at the corner of Hot Springs Road and Roop Street, right near the new Wal*Mart. It is open from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

Villa Basque Deli is a cute little place that definitely has that family-owned feel There aren't many tables so if you go on a weekend it may be pretty crowded, but the food is worth it! Even if you're not big on chorizo, there are plenty of other authentic, delicious menu items that hit the spot!
