The Hunan Garden is at the corner of Carson and Adams Streets, in the building that used to be Scotty's Restaurant and most recently was the Sierra Glen ("Home of the Crispy Cheeseburger!").
The Hunan Garden features chinese dinners, a sushi bar, and a chinese buffet. According to Sam Bauman, the buffet is the way to go.

The buffet is closed. Truman sold the place to some other guys that didn't know how to run a place right and keep customers. So most of the regulars like me left. The new guy lasted about 2 months. I think I read in the paper that he had to closed due to unresolved health violations. hmmmm.... I read Truman will be opening in the spring a sushi place in Sparks, that won't do us much good here in Carson...
