One of the best things about the summer is the summer thundershowers that pop up. And even though summer is still a few weeks away, the thunderstorms have already begun. It's raining in Carson City right now, a light rain but a welcome bit of moisture nonetheless. The bad side of thunderstorms of course is the lightning, and the risk of wildfire that goes along with it. But this storm doesn't seem to be as "stormy" as some, with not much wind or lightning. Just a nice wet blanket to drape over the city on a Sunday.
