Wild Goose Villa Approved

The Wild Goose Villa that I mentioned last week cleared a big hurdle this week, when it was approved by the Minden Town Board.

They're hoping to break ground in the spring.

Is this sentence from the Record Courier article a typo?

"The three-story structure stands about 144 feet high and includes 55 residential units with 1, 2, or 3-bedrooms with balconies on the second and third floors."

144 feet high?

Yeah, it's more like 44 feet.
