There's some construction going on in Minden, just a block away from the new roundabout on Hwy 88. This lot is being cleared off across the street from the high school, and whatever they're building here it's going to be big. This lot covers 3 whole acres, and they're stripping it all.

It looks like the land was just bought in June, for $900,000. See a satellite picture here.
