There was hail in Reno, and there was hail here in the Carson Valley.

A lot of it, too, more than we usually get.

Along with a pretty fierce downpour, like a summer thunderstorm. Kind of unusual to see this in October, but I ceased being surprised by the weather a long time ago. Even if I'm still perplexed enough to write about it.
