I wrote about the big stuff happening this weekend, but there’s some smaller stuff too.
* The Battle of the Bands is happening at the Nugget’s west parking lot. At Carson and Robinson Streets, it runs until 8pm tonight.
* The Carson Valley Street Celebration is happening in downtown Minden this weekend. 110 crafters and food vendors are there.
* There’s a carnival set up in the parking lot of the old Wal*Mart at S. Carson and Clearview. I can’t find any info on it, so I don’t know what the occasion is. Maybe Jethro’s raising money for his casino.
